Tlapatla is the wife of Huitlapacti, the usurper-king of the Nahuatla Tribe on Eodon. The Avatar found her in the Nahuatla palace in Savage Empire, and she readily allowed the hero to speak to her, unlike Huitlapacti. Tlapatla turned out to not be a bloodthirsty tyrant like her husband, but instead she just had seen an opportunistic chance to get into power when her husband had forced her cousin Moctapotl into exile.
It is unclear what happened to her after the angry people lynched Huitlapacti.
