Tim is a bard found in Empath Abbey during the time of Ultima V.
Tim revealed to the Avatar, after being asked to play a song and admitting to like harpsichord music, that the former court musician Sir Kenneth, one of the most famous musicians in Britannia, is now traveling the land with Lord British's disappearance. Currently, Sir Kenneth was south of Trinsic, teaching how to play Stones, a song created by Iolo and Gwenno.
Tim added mysteriously, that the song is rumored to have magic powers in the right places.

In Ultima V: Lazarus, Tim had more to say and actually asked the Avatar get an autograph from Sir Kenneth for him. He also was in love with the castle cook Cory, and had fears that one of the monks of the abbey named Seth could be involved with her.
