The Cap'n is the proprietor of Captain Black Tavern in Buccaneer's Den during the time of Ultima IV.
Following a tip from Sebastian in Britain, the Stranger asked the Cap'n about the Skull of Mondain. The Cap'n said that if the Stranger really needed to look for the evilest of all things, the hero would have find the beggar Jude, who was very, very poor, and ask him about it.
