Article's name

I know there is a redirect for this, but shouldn't this article be called "Britannies"? Why "Britanny West, North an East", when according to the lorequote a proper name if we want to be verbose would be "West, North and East Britanny"? But in any case, the current name is like calling the article on the Eight Virtues "Compassion, Honesty, Humility, blabla...". Any particular reasons?
