Stillwelt is a very unfriendly guard, guarding the roof of Castle Britannia during the day.
When the Avatar tried to get to Lord British's room in Ultima V, Stillwelt stopped the hero and said in very unfriendly terms that he didn't care if Avatar or not, it was either to leave or to get arrested. The Avatar could leave and wait until Stillwelt left for lunch, to enter the roof again.
