In the Ice Lands
When the War of Imbalance swept over the Serpent Isle, the whole Northern Regions of the mainland were frozen, buried under snow and ice, while ice drift blocked the seaways. Today no one lives in this white hell, as anyone without the right gear is doomed to freeze to death. However, it is now the home to the Gwanis, white-furred creatures used to the cold. In the midst of the snow lie the ruins of old Ophidian temples and the two ancient cities of Spinebreaker and Skullcrusher, forgotten by all.
But legend says that strange things are going on in these cold lands. In Ultima VII Part Two, the Avatar decyphered all its secrets when trying to restore balance.
