Millie is a Fellowship recruiter in Britain during Ultima VII.
Just like Caroline in Trinsic, she held no job other than preaching the Fellowship propaganda to the people. Even if the Avatar claimed to already know about the Fellowship, she still told everything in excruciating detail. She also talked about the Meditation Retreat and about the voice that members are supposed to hear.
Questioned about her brother Thad, she became aggressive and spoke ill of him just because he was against the Fellowship. Millie cut every tie with her brother due to his dislike of the Fellowship because the Fellowship was her whole life by that point, even replacing her family.
