Forbrak is a winged gargoyle running the tavern on Terfin.
After speaking to several other gargoyles on the island in Ultima VII, the Avatar visited Forbrak's tavern. He knew much of the various inhabitants of the island and its buildings. He also knew of the two major conflicts on the island: between the winged and the wingless and between the gargoyle religion and the Fellowship. He hadn't details on these, but said that Inmanilem the healer and In For-Lem the trainer should know more.
He also spoke a little about the Fellowship itself. He didn't know much about them, but warned that one of their members, Runeb, was especially dangerous and should be avoided. After divulging this information, he offered the services of his tavern: food and drink.
