A lesser version of Death Vortex.
Casting this spell creates a glowing mist that will surround its target. If the target is a friend, they will remain unharmed, but foes however will be greatly hurt by this mist and quickly perish. If the spell is focused on a friend, the spell follows him, hurting anyone who comes too close.
