Pangea, as seen in Ultima II
Pangea: 9,000,000 years in the past, when the continents of modern-day Earth were still forming. The meddling of Minax with the timeline caused changes throughout known history, and Earth was affected as far back as this period.
This era was one of several that could be visited in Ultima II. Not much existed here, but there were signs of life and even a small village -- Baradin's Town. There is also a dungeon in northern Pangea, in the area that later becomes Greenland.

The time when Earth is still forming. Before volcanic upheavals separate the seven continents and set the great continental drift in motion, Earth is one great continent surrounded by a gigantic ocean. There appears to be abundant, if sparse, life and some civilization, although the origins are so far inexplicable.

- The dungeon entrance in northern Pangea is not accessible in the original game. The only way to reach it is if the fan-made Ultima II Upgrade Patch is applied.
- In reality, Pangea actually existed 200,000,000 years in the past.
