Dyka is a tall nimble man who, during the time of Ultima IV, resides in Vesper.
The Stranger finds him in Axe 'n Ale, where he admits to being a thief. He especially likes to 'borrow' horses and includes that they can be stolen in Paws. If the Stranger claims to be a thief as well, Dyka will give warning of the bull in the corral. This is not an idle warning.
