Draxinar is a dragon encountered by the Avatar during the quest to the past in Ultima VII Part Two.
While he can be attacked, he is a valuable spring of information, as well as a repository of riddles, that he will take great delight in trying out on the Avatar and party.
Draxinar is located inside the cave system which leads to Aram-Dol's Lair and can be reached from Serpent's Fang, but as the dragon tells you, neither he nor the arch-lich bother one another, although Draxinar has no love for Aram-Dol.
Draxinar is a dragon of the green variety, and possibly the only non-ice dragon found in the game.
