Chad is a Trainer for the Art of Fighting in Moonglow.
In Ultima VII, Chad mocked the Avatar not believing that he was, in fact, speaking to the Avatar. Apart from that, Chad knew only very little about the city and its inhabitants, instead directing the Avatar to speak with Phearcy.
Chad specialised in light weapons and would gladly train people for 45 gold.
