Caroline was a recruiter for the Fellowship working in Trinsic in Ultima VII.
The Avatar met her on the streets of Trinsic, where she was busy with trying to convince people of joining the Fellowship. Caroline claimed to have dedicated her life to the task of Fellowship recruitment, but otherwise possessed no career or support network outside of the organization. She had little significant dialogue in game play other than to provide typical Fellowship propaganda speech.
She notably bore some similarities to Millie in Britain who had a similar position as a recruiter. Talking with her enabled the Avatar to ask other people about the Fellowship.
