Bella

Bella is the operator of the windmill in Paws in Ultima IX.

When the Avatar met her, Bella was telling how the windmill was supposed to pump up clean water, which wasn't poisoned by the swamp. However, they never got the valve from Nimrond in Britain, who'd promised to deliver it, and she wondered what had happened. So the Avatar asked Nimrond and after getting the valve back from Ugh the Troll, installed it into the windmill, enabling Bella to gain clean water for the exiles in Paws.
