Banter is a crumbling skeleton who, during the time of Ultima IV, can be found in the ruins of Magincia.

He told the Stranger that he once held the Silver Horn and that it must be used to pass the daemon guard of the Shrine of Humility. He said to ask Demitry of the horn and that Wierdrum had been to the shrine.
