This interesting trinket came with the release of Ultima Underworld for the FM-Towns computer in Japan. The knife has no in-game equivalent, although it does resemble a Sword.
Translated, the runic script on the blade reads: "Electronic Arts Victor Inc.," for the Japanese branch of Electronic Arts [1].
