Alistair is a depressed bard living in Castle Britannia in Ultima V
Alistair bemoaned to the Avatar that the castle once had been a happy place, but not since Lord British had disappeared. He remembered how Lord British had been a fair and just ruler, a path very difficult for a monarch. He hoped that one day, Lord British would return.
Alistair shared his quarters with Stephen the lower kitchen chef, and Chuckles, the Royal Jester.
